St. Michael's Day Celebration - A Taste of Autumn - October 2, 2022
Our next event will be for Saint Michael's Day which is known as Michelmas and is a celebration of the harvest. Since we are not farmers but do enjoy the change of seasons as well, we will have a "Taste of Autumn" to celebrate all of the flavors we enjoy in the fall, like fresh sliced apples in a dizzying variety of flavors, yummy cheeses, pumpkin anything, and fall soups. We will also have a pie contest where the congregation will be invited to taste and judge the best-tasting pie, be it homemade or bakery.
Join the fun as we welcome the change of season with fall favorites to taste and savor.
What favorite will you bring for our sampler spread?
Various Cheese bites to sample? Pumpkin muffins or? A variety of fresh apples to sample? A savory soup?
Will you enter our Pie Contest for the best Autumn Pie?
Homemade or Bakery, it is all about the votes and the taste! The winner will receive a “Pumpkin Latte” or other hot drink from your local barista.
